At RED Lecithin, we are a small international team driven by curiosity, care, and passion to succeed and do the best we can. We take our work seriously and enjoy doing it with people we trust.

We come from different countries and backgrounds, which brings energy not only to our work, but also to the kitchen table. Conversations here range from lecithin specs to food traditions, travel stories, and shortcuts for a more efficient workflow. Some days you will walk into a spontaneous tasting menu from a colleague’s home country. We welcome all food preferences, and yes, we always ask for the recipe.

We value independence, directness, and mutual respect. We are here to do good work, support each other, and keep things straightforward.
