The production of organic lecithin involves a careful process that prioritizes environmentally friendly cultivation and processing methods without the uses of pesticides, herbicides and other chemicals.

RED’s organic lecithin is sourced naturally and sustainably, available in both fluid and deoiled formats. Our lecithin is produced through a strict, secure, certified organic process that avoids conventional techniques while maintaining its excellent blending power. Organic seeds are carefully mechanically pressed to extract their oil. Lecithin is then isolated through the addition of water to the pressed oil, followed by mechanical separation and drying, all without the use of solvents.

Our dedication to organic principles means that our sunflower and soy organic lecithin are free from synthetic fertilizers. We ensure that the seeds used are organically grown and Non-GMO IP, with strict regulations against pesticides and herbicides. RED stores its range of organic lecithin in organic-certified warehouses, ensuring consistent quality throughout the production process. Furthermore, our organic lecithin is certified under the EU and USDA’s National Organic Program. Additionally, our organic lecithin is Food, Kosher and Halal certified, meeting the diverse needs of our customers.
